The official 2008-09 theme for Speed the Light is "EXTRAORDINARY". God's heart is to reach the lost everywhere and use extraordinary youth to give towards Speed The Light sacrificially so that our missionary force can be equipped.
"PRESS ON" Youth Ministries is for youth ages 12 and over.Press On comes from Philippians 3:14, challenging us to press on ("I PRESS ON toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. (NAS).The youth of ALC have taken this challenge of pressing towards the goal and have adopted "Press On" as their name and pressing on towards the challenges of winning, building and sending the youth of today to become strong and bold for the Lord Jesus Christ.
